  • 200g dark chocolat
  • 50g butter
  • 150g single cream 

1. Boil the single cream
2. Then add the chocolat to it
3 Once the chocolat has melt and the mixture is homogeneous add the butter in little peices.

Your ganache is ready



20 min


350g de ganache

  • 200g de chocolat noir
  • 50g de beurre
  • 125g de crème liquide

1. Faire bouillir la crème liquide
2. Dès l’ébullition, versez le chocolat dedans
3. Une fois que le chocolat est fondu, et le mélange homogène ajoutez le beurre en petit cube
Votre ganache est prête pour vos plus beaux gâteaux !!
