APPLE, PEAR, RASPBERRY CRUMBLE

PRET EN / CUISON:

15mins / 30 mins (180°C)

POUR :

6

  • 20 framboises
  • 2 pommes
  • 2poires
  • 100 g sucre
  • 150g farine
  • 150 g beurre

 ETAPES :

  1. Découpez tous les fruits en morceau et placez-les au fond d’un plat.
  2. Dans un saladier, mélangez la farine, le sucre et le beurre avec les mains jusqu’à obtenir une consistance granuleuse.

!!! Ne pas mélanger à pleine main, n’utilisez que le bout de vos doigts pour ne pas faire fondre le beurre et ne pas avoir une consistance trop pâteuse !!!

  1. Versez la pâte au-dessus et au four !

  • 20 raspberries
  • 2 apples
  • 2 pears
  • 100g of sugar
  • 150g of flour
  • 150g of butter (salted or not) 
  1. Cut the fruits in small peaces and place them in a dish.
  2. In a container mix with your hands the flour, sugar and butter together until the mixture becomes grainy
  3. Pour the mixture on the fruits and in the oven

!!! be careful not to mix it with your hands otherwise the butter will melt too much, use your fingers, they aren’t as warm as the center of your hand.
